Popp Bandstand

8" x 10" oil on panel

New Orleans, LA, January 2025

This is a plein aire painting of the Popp Bandstand in City Park. I knew I wanted to paint this beautiful pavilion, but didn't realize until I got there just how wonderful the light would be! I tried to capture the sunlight streaming in as best I could, but it was definitely a challenge as the sun was setting. Still, I'm very pleased with the end result! Let me know what you think!

Original Painting is 8 inches by 10 inches, oil on canvas board, and it comes with a frame and a certificate of authenticity.
